✔Milk (warm) – 150 ml.
✔ Yeast – 4 g dry or 12 g fresh.
✔Butter – 30 g (can be replaced with margarine)
✔Egg – 1 pc.
✔Salt – 1/3 tsp.
✔Sugar – 40 g.
✔Vanilla sugar/vanilla – optional.
✔All-purpose wheat flour – 320-350 g.
✔To grease the rolled-out dough – 30 g of butter.
✔I greased the top of the bread with sweetened milk.
✔For sprinkling – a little white sesame (optional).
✔A pinch of love and a good mood (required).
🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 25 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the features of your oven.

✅Adjust sugar to taste, if you like it sweeter, add more or, on the contrary, you can reduce it.
✅I introduce flour into the dough gradually, its exact quantity depends on its variety, quality, and also on the size of the egg. The dough should be soft and elastic.
✅The cuts are made almost to the base of the roll. It’s okay if you cut it all the way through, the roll will still fit easily into shape.
