These bombs are well known and chosen in the bakery for their exquisite flavor, however, you should not abuse the quantity because they are a little caloric and the opposite of healthy hehe.
Now we will show you the ingredients and the preparation for this recipe:
Ingredients:
1/4 liter of water
50 grs. of butter
1 pinch of fine salt
150 grs. of flour
4 eggs
Abundant oil
Chocolate pastry cream.
Procedure:
Put the water, butter, and fine salt in a small saucepan and place on the heat until it comes to a boil.
Add the flour, stir it quickly, taking it off the heat for a minute, then place it on low heat and continue stirring for eight minutes, more or less. Remove from heat, let cool for five minutes, and add the whole eggs one by one while continuing to beat with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth and soft.
Put plenty of oil in a small saucepan, heat it, and make the bombs by lifting the mixture by teaspoons. Fry them until they are golden brown and have burst, leaving them for a moment longer until the burst part is golden. These bombs can be made in the oven if you want.
Remove and place them on a plate with white paper.
Fill them, once cold, with “Chocolate Pastry Cream”.
