Ingredients:
8 oz mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
1 bunch bok choy, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and sauté until they are softened and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Add the bok choy and cook until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot over rice
