Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
1 bunch bok choy
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped
1-liter fish or seafood broth
2 cups shrimp cleaned
2 cups clams, scrubbed
2 cups malunggay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
Sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato until soft and fragrant.
Add the broth and bring to a boil.
Add the shrimp and clams, Cook until the seafood is just cooked through.
Add the bok choy,
Add the malunggay leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
Variations:
You can use any type of seafood you like, such as mussels, squid, or crab.
You can also add other vegetables, such as bok choy, carrots, or green beans.
If you don’t have fish or seafood broth, you can use chicken broth or vegetable broth, or water instead.
